Human Side is Dr. Sarah Dyson’s journal. This page is how the site treats the little it asks of you.

What we collect

If you join EI Leadership Insights, we store the email address you give us, the date you joined, and that you joined from this site. That is the list. We use it to send the biweekly notes: headlines, short descriptions, and links to essays from the last two weeks.

We do not run advertising. We do not sell, rent, or trade the list. We do not append data from brokers. We do not share an address except as required by law.

Field notes count reads by title, not by person. Light or dark mode stays on your device. The operator desk is a private sign-in for the editor. Readers do not have accounts.

How long

We keep an address for as long as it is on the list. When you leave, we mark it unsubscribed so we do not write again, unless you later join. You may also write and ask that an address be deleted.
